Trippergram User Agreement

1. Introduction

The Trippergram mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) acts solely as a technological platform connecting travelers with local guides and friends for in-person meetups and experiences. Trippergram does not provide, organize, or operate travel tours or services itself.

By using the App, you agree to comply with this User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Registration and Account Use

Registration is required to access most features of the App.

Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.

Sharing your account with others or using another user’s account is prohibited.

3. Guide Verification and Profile Requirements

Users who want to act as guides or local friends must create a profile and complete a verification process as outlined in the App.

Verification helps maintain a trustworthy community but does not guarantee complete safety or endorsement by Trippergram.

Trippergram reserves the right to review, approve, or reject profiles.

4. Use of Data

Trippergram collects and uses data for the following purposes:

  • To operate, improve, and maintain the App and its services.
  • To communicate updates, offers, and important notices.
  • To enable user interaction features.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience.
  • To ensure security and prevent abuse.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must behave respectfully and follow local laws during interactions arranged via the App.
  • Guides must provide accurate information about themselves and the experiences offered.
  • Travelers must respect guides and their property.
  • No illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities are allowed.
  • Users must not misuse the App or attempt to harm other users.

6. Payments and Transactions

Trippergram does not handle payments between users.

All financial agreements are directly made between guides and travelers.

Trippergram is not liable for payment disputes or service quality.

Any future introduction of payment processing or commission models will be communicated clearly and updated in this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trippergram is a platform provider only and is not responsible for the conduct, safety, or quality of experiences between users.

Trippergram does not intervene in disputes between users.

Trippergram is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including technical failures or data loss.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Trippergram is committed to protecting user data and privacy.

Personal data is used solely to provide and improve the service.

Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with user consent.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Trippergram reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication in the App.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Agreement regularly.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the country where Trippergram operates (currently Poland).

Users agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
